Help Fix ME Program

Statewide

State-funded spay/neuter assistance program
Distributes applications to qualified individuals who can't afford to spay or neuter their dogs or cats. Must receive or be eligible for: Food Stamps, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), Supplemental Security Income (SSI), or Social Security Disability (SSDI). Managed by Maine Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry, Animal Welfare Program.
